Pico is hiring an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support the build-out of its India team for an initial six-month period. The role manages end-to-end recruitment for priority technical and business-critical vacancies, develops India-specific sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, conducts candidate assessments, coordinates interviews, supports offers and joining, and provides market intelligence. It requires proven India technical recruitment experience, strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to work autonomously across multiple jurisdictions. The position is available through Pico Technology India Private Limited and may be office, hybrid, or remote, with possible travel.
