Remora is hiring a Contract Technical Recruiter in Wixom, Michigan to build and manage full-cycle recruiting pipelines for technical operations, commissioning, and field-service roles supporting carbon-capture system deployment and field operations. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates, screen applicants, manage candidate pipelines through interviews and offers, maintain ATS data, and improve recruiting processes. The role requires 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical and industrial talent, and offers $35–$50 per hour with healthcare, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, and unlimited sick and compassionate leave.
