Description
The Farm Foreman supports daily and weekly farm planning, coordinates on-farm tasks, maintains safety and operational records, tracks equipment and contracted work, and keeps facilities and tools organized. The role prioritizes team safety, requires basic agricultural equipment and maintenance knowledge, and involves leadership, problem-solving, data entry, and recordkeeping. It is a contract-to-hire position with a target hourly rate of $23–$24 and potential equity, performance bonus, and employer-sponsored benefits upon full-time hire.
