Contracted In-Home Occupational Therapist - Seating & Mobility Specialist at Jukebox Health

Jukebox Health is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to conduct in-home wheelchair evaluations, seating and positioning assessments, DME recommendations, fall-prevention education, and collaborative care planning for clients using wheelchairs or other mobility equipment. The role is contracted with at least five hours of weekly availability, pays $120 per completed evaluation, and requires an accredited occupational therapy degree, an active unencumbered license, at least two years of clinical experience, and specialized training or certification in seating and wheeled mobility.
