Description
The Contracting Manager will work within the Commercial Desk/Bid Management teams for the Imaging Printing & Solutions Group, leading the end-to-end contract creation and lifecycle process. The role advises sales and bid teams on contractual matters, drafts and negotiates business contracts, manages contract-related risks and approvals, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, maintains contract records, handles amendments and renewals, and reviews compliance with contractual requirements.
