MNTN is hiring an Email Design Specialist for a 3-month contract to redesign approximately 15 existing email templates in Figma and then support ongoing marketing email design. The role focuses on performance, usability, brand consistency, lightweight animations, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, deliverability, and developer-friendly production files. Candidates need at least 5 years of marketing email design experience, a portfolio focused on email design, and expert Figma proficiency. The contract starts with a design exercise and may be extended.
