Sift is hiring a Contracts and Legal Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end contracting process for customers, vendors, and partners. The role uses AI tools for first-pass review and drafting, then independently negotiates and closes standard agreements, manages contract automation and playbooks, oversees the full contract lifecycle, coordinates with Sales and Deal Desk, and escalates complex or high-risk matters to legal counsel. Candidates need at least two years of contracts, legal operations, or deal desk experience, familiarity with Salesforce and Jira, and comfort using AI tools; a law degree is not required.
