Hays Electrical Services is hiring a full-time Contracts Coordinator in Houston, Texas. The role manages lower-tier subcontractor and supplier prequalification in TradeTapp, validates submissions, tracks renewals and deadlines, documents exceptions, and escalates issues to the Contracts Manager. It also receives, routes, approves, signs, and files subcontracts, purchase agreements, vendor agreements, and related documents, while supporting the Contracts Manager with intake, tracking, and reporting. The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and offers a base salary with uncapped commission, bonuses, a vehicle or allowance, health, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and training.
