Pixalate is hiring a full-time Contracts Counsel to support commercial operations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology, data licensing, SaaS, partnership, and vendor agreements. The role advises sales, finance, product, and executive stakeholders on contract terms, risk, data privacy, IP, and regulatory obligations; manages the contract lifecycle; coordinates with outside counsel; and helps improve legal processes. The position requires a Juris Doctor, admission to a U.S. state bar, and 4–7 years of relevant commercial or technology transaction experience, with adtech or digital advertising experience preferred.
