The Contracts Engineer manages and executes construction contracts, including main contracts and subcontracts. Responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, leading subcontract change negotiations, identifying and mitigating contractual risks, preparing contractual correspondence, maintaining contract documents, coordinating with legal and other departments, and managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
