WSP is hiring a Contracts Engineer for its Site Supervision team in Jeddah to support major transport, road, and infrastructure utilities projects. The role administers construction contracts, processes variations, change orders, claims, and extension-of-time submissions; monitors contractor compliance; reviews payment applications; prepares contractual correspondence; supports dispute resolution; and coordinates with project controls, quantity surveying, and supervision teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least 10 years of contract administration and commercial management experience, extensive Saudi Arabia experience, and strong knowledge of FIDIC and related contract forms.
