Description
The role supervises subordinate employees and manages the full contract lifecycle, including proposal capture, negotiations, award, administration, compliance, audits, customer relationships, and contractual reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree, experience leading large-scale government contract proposals, knowledge of FAR and DFARS, commercial and international contract terms, strong communication and analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel within CONUS and OCONUS. The position offers a full-time salary range of $109,700 to $203,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
