Description
Group Metropolitan is hiring a permanent, site-based Contracts Manager for its Mechanical division to deliver multiple mechanical projects, smaller works packages, and variations for established Data Centre clients across London and the M25. The role owns projects from design and pre-construction through commissioning and handover, coordinating internal and external teams, managing programmes and commercial risks, leading subcontractors and project teams, and maintaining client relationships. The position is based at Canary Wharf with occasional travel to other client locations.
