ActioNet is hiring a Contracts Manager in Vienna, Virginia to provide full acquisition lifecycle support for assigned opportunities, from capture and strategic teaming through proposal, contract award, and closeout. The role includes negotiating non-disclosure and teaming agreements, analyzing solicitations, advising leaders on contractual risks, supporting proposals and contracts with government and prime contractors, managing due diligence and joint ventures, mentoring delivery teams, and tracking regulatory and policy changes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of government contracting experience, knowledge of FAR and DFARS, and a minimum of two on-site days per week; the salary is $80,000–$100,000.
