Eagle Hills is seeking a Contracts Manager to join the Belgrade Waterfront team in Serbia. The role manages construction-project contracting from pre-bidding through execution, including tender documentation, contract review, commercial-risk assessment, contract-performance monitoring, claims and counterclaims, dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration, and guidance to project managers. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Law, at least 10 years of construction experience including 5 years in construction contract management, strong FIDIC and contract-administration knowledge, bid and project-management experience, and native Serbian plus fluent English.
