UGL Transport is hiring a Contracts Manager to provide contractual expertise for upcoming rail systems projects in Queensland and New South Wales. The role leads scope planning, procurement strategies, subcontractor and supplier contracting, commercial negotiations, contract administration, cost forecasting, claims and variation management, risk controls, and commercial advice to project teams. Candidates must be tertiary educated in Engineering, Commerce/Business, Law, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management, demonstrate commercial acumen and contract-management expertise, and have experience in lump-sum design-and-construction contracts.
