(ACT) is hiring an experienced Contracts Manager in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including pre-award negotiations, compliance, risk management, closeout, and coordination with Sales, leadership, customers, and internal teams. The role requires strong knowledge of U.S. government contracting rules and export controls such as FAR, DFARS, DPAS, ITAR, and EAR, plus the ability to oversee contractual documents, systems, and staff development.
