Description
The Contracts Manager oversees post-award contract development, administration, negotiation, budgeting, compliance, renewals, amendments, and terminations. The role leads drafting and execution of commercial agreements, advises senior leadership on contractual risks, manages contract lifecycle documentation, supports dispute resolution, and guides stakeholders on contract processes. It requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, at least three years of contract and budget development experience in a contract research organization or clinical research unit, knowledge of contract law and risk management, and experience with cross-functional teams and contract lifecycle management systems. The position has minimal travel and a salary range of $125,000 to $135,000.
