Cunningham is hiring a full-time, permanent Contracts Manager in County Dublin to report to the Construction Director. The role plans and monitors construction projects, manages procurement, costs, forecasts, risk registers, tenders, subcontractors, health and safety compliance, quality assurance, and client relationships. Candidates need extensive Tier 1/2 construction project experience in the UK or Ireland, knowledge of contracts, CDM, design management, programmes, risk and cost control, MS Project, and tendering; an HNC/HND or degree or equivalent is required, while large-scale residential development experience is desirable.
