Element Biosciences is hiring a full-time Contracts Manager for its in-house Legal Team in San Diego. The role provides commercial and contract legal advice, drafts and negotiates agreements, supports marketing legal review, coordinates contractual issues, develops legal templates and procedures, and advises internal stakeholders on risks and mitigation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of experience as a contracts manager or paralegal in life sciences or biotechnology, with biotechnology experience preferred. The position is on-site, requires up to 10% travel, and offers a base salary of $119,000 to $156,000 plus stock options, a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
