GameChange Energy is hiring a full-time Contract Manager in Norwalk, Connecticut, with a hybrid work arrangement and candidates accepted from the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut surrounding areas. The role supports the contract lifecycle from review and drafting through execution, tracking, and closeout; maintains contract and supplier records; supports statements of work and purchase orders; reviews proposals and bids; and coordinates with Legal, Finance, Business Development, Project Management, Logistics, and Operations. The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, strong organization and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of contract principles and compliance practices.
