Description
ISN is hiring a Contracts Manager to lead federal subcontract management for high-volume programs serving GSA, DoD, and other federal agencies. The role covers contract drafting, negotiation, administration, compliance reporting, file management, audit support, and coordination with contracting officers, CORs, and internal program leads. Candidates need at least three years of federal contract and subcontract management experience, familiarity with GSA-MAS and GSA-OASIS contracts, knowledge of FARs and DFARs, and proficiency with GSA systems and Microsoft Office.
