The Mick George Group is hiring a full-time Contracts Manager for its Earthworks division. This senior leadership role oversees multiple earthworks and stabilisation projects, with responsibility for strategic direction, safe and timely delivery, commercial performance, contract administration, client and subcontractor relationships, resource management, quality, programme, health and safety, environmental sustainability, risk, reporting, and team leadership. The role is based across Mick George Contracting sites, with Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire listed as the job location, and requires at least five years of earthworks or civil engineering contract management experience, NEC4/JCT knowledge, a CSCS Black Card, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
