The role covers drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial and corporate agreements; coordinating cross-functional approvals; managing contract intake, signatures, renewals, and key dates; and administering a contract management system. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of relevant experience, and hands-on CLM/CMS experience. The position offers medical, dental, vision, time off, 401K, and incentive-plan benefits, with a US salary range of $135,000 to $145,000.
