Description
The Contracts Manager will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to review, negotiate, execute, and maintain clinical research contracts. The role manages contract workflows, budgets, forecasting, compliance, risk escalation, documentation, and SLAs while supporting deal velocity and revenue targets. It requires 3–5 years of CRO experience, Excel budgeting, commercial contract knowledge, and strong communication skills; CLM, commercial models, and sales-support experience are preferred. The salary band is $90,000 to $115,000 USD.
