Description
The Contracts Manager oversees the full lifecycle of contracts for utility-scale solar projects, supporting EPC execution from pre-construction through project closeout. The role leads contract development and negotiation, administers contracts and change orders, manages commercial and contractual risks, supports dispute resolution, and coordinates with project, engineering, procurement, finance, legal, and compliance teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5–10+ years of contract management experience in utility-scale solar, renewable energy, or EPC infrastructure projects, and strong knowledge of EPC contracts, negotiation, risk allocation, and contract management systems.
