Description
Transit Technologies is hiring a remote Senior Contracts Manager – Government & Commercial Contracts to lead its government contracting strategy and scale its enterprise contracting function. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the role manages GSA schedules, government proposals, FAR/DFARS compliance, and public-sector activities while also negotiating vendor, procurement, technology, SaaS, software licensing, and other commercial agreements. The position will build scalable contracting processes, administer and optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management platform, leverage AI and automation, develop performance metrics, and partner with cross-functional business and executive leadership.
