Description
The client is recruiting a Head of the Maintenance Contracts Department to manage maintenance contracts across its social housing property portfolio, including elevators, boilers, green spaces, and security. The role supervises six employees, oversees public procurement tenders and renewals, manages a €13 million annual budget, ensures regulatory and technical compliance, coordinates with service providers and tenant representatives, and leads process improvement and cross-functional projects. The position requires a Master’s degree in building, real estate, or property management, or equivalent, along with proven management, budget, and project management experience, and strong knowledge of public procurement and building technical requirements.
