Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is partnering with a government contractor to hire a full-time Contracts Manager for a hybrid role in the DMV area. The position oversees the full lifecycle of prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and NDAs; reviews solicitations, awards, modifications, and other contractual documents; supports proposal review, negotiations, and contract execution; and partners with finance, program, legal, and leadership stakeholders. The role also supports audits, compliance reviews, reporting, and process improvements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of contracts administration or management experience in a government contracting environment, and strong knowledge of FAR and DCAA compliance requirements.
