The NRO is accepting applications for a full-time entry-level Developmental Program Contracts Specialist, occupational series 1102, at NRO Headquarters in Chantilly, Virginia. The role supports contract formation, solicitation, negotiation, cost analysis, administration, termination, closeout, procurement planning, source selection, and contractor performance monitoring for reconnaissance satellite systems. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance, and meet DAWIA certification requirements; remote or telework is not available. The position is open to external applicants and current federal employees at the indicated grade level, with a two-year trial period and possible travel and overtime.
