Description
The Contributing Faculty member provides clinically-focused learning opportunities for health-science students through face-to-face, blended, and/or online delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining content expertise, preparing and delivering course material, monitoring and assessing student progress, facilitating participation, communicating with program staff, and recommending course improvements. The role requires clinical experience in the course content area, terminal-degree or post-professional master's-level credentials, and prior teaching experience; distance learning, scholarly activity, and educational theory are preferred. Faculty are hired for specific assignments, may travel, and are compensated per course credit hours or hourly for lab instruction.
