Description
The Senior Control & Protection System Engineering Manager leads engineering teams responsible for the design, integration, analysis, testing, validation, and commissioning of HVDC Control & Protection systems across multiple projects. The role owns system configuration and deployment, oversees technical governance and engineering processes, mentors and develops engineering talent, manages resources and project milestones, and promotes safety, quality, delivery, and cost principles. It requires an engineering degree or equivalent knowledge in power systems and power electronics, at least 12 years of experience in power system and control system engineering and engineering team management, and expertise in HVDC control and protection modelling and simulation tools.
