Description
The Security Officer is responsible for the safety and security of staff, residents, and guests at a Youth Treatment Center. The role controls the booth area and monitoring equipment, watches activities through video monitors, records movements and care of youths, monitors emergency systems, controls visitor access, maintains logs and keys, prepares incident reports, and supports crisis response. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of relevant work experience preferred, basic computer and communication skills, customer service and confidentiality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
