Description
The Control Engineering Manager will lead and develop the control engineering team, ensure the availability, quality, and safety of control systems, manage projects and operational tasks, standardize processes, coordinate with specialist departments and external partners, plan resources, and promote innovation and digitization. The role requires technical training in electrical, power, automation, computer science, or a related field, several years of experience in control engineering or complex technical systems, SCADA and critical-infrastructure experience, leadership and project-management experience, and knowledge of IT, OT, communication systems, and regulatory frameworks. The position is based in Maria Enzersdorf, starts immediately, is full-time, and offers a gross monthly salary starting from EUR 6,000.
