Morgan Stanley is seeking a Control Group Manager – Compliance, Associate / Director to manage information barriers, conflict management, Watch and Restricted Lists, research and investment banking communications, employee trade pre-clearances, regulatory advice, surveillance, audits, policy development, and training for the EMEA Compliance Department. The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, a university degree or equivalent, knowledge of UK and US compliance laws, and the ability to supervise and develop other staff. It operates on an EMEA shift system covering 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with weekend coverage as needed, and offers flexible working opportunities.
