Description
The Control Panel Shop Lead leads and manages assigned customer projects, coordinates customers and production teams, tracks resources and project timelines, and ensures quality and timely delivery. The role also builds and wires complex industrial control panels, works with electrical schematics, performs sheet-metal and wiring assembly, escalates project issues, and conducts field service at customer locations up to 15% of the time. A high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of industrial control-panel building and wiring experience, electrical-schematic interpretation, a valid driver’s license, and computer literacy are required; a two-year automation or electrical degree and lean-manufacturing experience are preferred.
