Description
The Control Panel Technician assembles, wires, tests, troubleshoots, and commissions industrial control panels and electrical systems. The role involves installing PLCs, relays, contactors, VFDs, motor starters, and other control components; verifying wiring against schematics; using AutoCAD; maintaining project documentation; and traveling to customer sites for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Candidates need an electrical engineering or industrial electrician qualification, at least two years of industrial control-panel experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel.
