Description
MN8 Energy is hiring a Control Room Operator to perform 24/7 remote monitoring and operational support for its U.S. renewable energy fleet from the Dallas, Texas office. The role uses SCADA, CMMS, PLC, and plant control systems to monitor solar, battery storage, and EV-charging sites; dispatch field personnel; document and escalate issues; communicate with grid, scheduling, transmission, regulatory, customer, and field stakeholders; and ensure NERC compliance and contractual operation and maintenance obligations. The position requires technical education or equivalent experience, plant or control-room operations experience, electrical knowledge, strong communication and decision-making skills, and availability for a four-day, ten-hour night-shift schedule including weekends and holidays.
