MSS Security is hiring a Casual Control Room Operator for a corporate/data centre site in Burwood East, Australia. The role involves monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, coordinating security operations, managing staff, contractor, and visitor access, responding to and documenting incidents, and supporting emergency response procedures. Applicants need Australian working rights, a Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement, current First Aid and CPR certification, a driver's licence, availability for a 24/7 rotational roster, strong communication and report-writing skills, and attention to detail. At least two years of control room operator experience is preferred, and Gallagher systems experience is desirable.
