DEPCOM Power is hiring a Control Room Operator to monitor and operate photovoltaic and energy storage systems from its Scottsdale, Arizona Operations Center. The role involves analyzing real-time performance data, responding to alarms and abnormal conditions, maintaining operations documentation, coordinating with maintenance teams and grid partners, and following utility and regulatory instructions. Candidates need experience analyzing data, using computer-based systems and Microsoft Office, and applying procedures in an operational environment; renewable energy or power-plant experience is preferred. The position requires a 60-day day-shift training program followed by night-shift on-the-job training and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
