Packners is hiring a Control Room Operator for its corrugated board plant in Emsbüren. The role leads plant operations, controls and documents production, monitors auxiliary units, optimizes setup and productivity, leads employees, ensures quality and quantity targets, and coordinates across shifts. Candidates need shift availability, technical training or strong technical understanding, organizational and teamwork skills, and several years of relevant experience; control-room experience is preferred. The position offers an unlimited employment contract, 37.5 hours per week, vacation, pension contributions, and other benefits.
