Securitas is hiring a Central Control Room Operator in Rotterdam to monitor and respond to security alerts, remotely arm and disarm burglar alarms, handle intercom and emergency calls, coordinate surveillance and flexible services, and guide emergency responders. The role requires an MBO-2 Security Officer diploma, a Category B driver’s license, own transportation, availability for 24/7 shifts, Dutch language proficiency, and completion or willingness to obtain BoCA training. The contract provides 80 to 144 hours per four weeks and pays €17.37 to €20.70 gross per hour, with shift allowances, pension, travel expenses, and other benefits.
