SICE is hiring a full-time Control Room Operations Specialist to support real-time toll-road and traffic operations in a 24/7 control room. The role monitors tolling infrastructure, traffic flow, roadway conditions, and dynamic message signs; responds to incidents and stranded motorists; coordinates with law enforcement, emergency responders, and maintenance teams; documents incidents; and performs basic Intelligent Transportation Systems troubleshooting. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, a valid driver's license, U.S. work eligibility, and successful background and drug and alcohol screening. It is primarily desk-based, may require after-hours or weekend work, and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
