Description
The Control Room Operator will monitor and regulate process operations in a manufacturing environment, maintain cooling towers and air-conditioning systems, repair and maintain air compressors, monitor process flow, clean equipment lines, and assist with line maintenance. The role is based in Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan, pays PHP 22,000–24,000, and requires a six-day, 12-hour schedule. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, at least one year of manufacturing experience, knowledge of machine operations and basic troubleshooting, and strong technical and problem-solving skills.
