Veolia is hiring a Control Room Operator for its Sulaibiya Waste Water Treatment & Reclamation Plant in Kuwait. The role focuses on safe and smooth operation of the UF/RO reclamation plant on shift duty, including monitoring plant systems and utilities, analyzing process conditions, maintaining logs and reports, supporting chemical preparation and lab analysis, following EHS/LOTO procedures, and coordinating closely with the process leader, field service lead, operation manager, maintenance supervisors, and client operators. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or equivalent, 3–5 years of wastewater treatment and reclamation experience, hands-on UF/RO membrane and plant automation system experience, and good English communication skills; Arabic is advantageous.
