MN8 Energy is hiring a Control Room Operator to provide 24/7 remote operations support for its renewable energy fleet from the Dallas office. The role involves monitoring solar, storage, and EV charging assets through SCADA and CMMS systems, documenting and escalating site issues, coordinating with grid and regulatory personnel, and ensuring compliance with NERC and contractual performance obligations. The schedule is in-office, night shift, 4x10 hours, including holidays and weekends.
