Description
The Control Room Operator supports safe, reliable, and efficient operations across production, midstream, compression, and water facilities. The role monitors real-time SCADA and operational data, responds to alarms and abnormal conditions, documents incidents, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, and uses production data analysis to identify trends and optimize underperforming wells and assets. The position requires a high school diploma, 0–3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with production data management, data analysis, alarm monitoring, reporting, well optimization, documentation, and E&P operations software.
