MSS Security is hiring a Control Room Reliever for the Security Operations Centre at Monash University. The role monitors CCTV and alarms, responds to and escalates incidents, coordinates with emergency services, tests and maintains security systems, and communicates clearly while supporting multiple Monash sites and a large security officer team. Candidates need control-room and security officer experience, computer proficiency, relevant Victorian security licensing and checks, and availability for a rotating 24/7 roster.
