Description
The Control Room Supervisor oversees security operations in a data center, monitors camera footage, registers visitors, directs responders during alarms, makes independent incident decisions, escalates risks, and prepares daily English-language security reports. The role is on-site 24/7, requires an MBO-2 Security Officer diploma, Dutch and English proficiency, a category B driver’s license, and availability for evening, night, and weekend shifts. Compensation is €17.37–€20.70 gross per hour plus a €2.50 hourly CRS allowance, with a four-week roster and additional benefits.
