Description
AECOM is hiring a Data Center Control System Designer for its Buildings and Places group. The role is primarily remote and can be based from an AECOM office in the United States, with occasional advance-scheduled travel for client meetings, project milestones, onsite collaboration, or other business-critical activities. The designer will develop automation and SCADA systems for mechanical, electrical, and power-monitoring systems in data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects, coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and ICT design teams, prepare control-system specifications and basis-of-design documents, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least six years of relevant experience, including four years as an instrumentation and control engineer or controls contractor.
